How Do I Contact A Seller?
Buyers can contact sellers directly through the marketplace messaging system or through contact information provided by the seller.
What Happens if a Package is Delayed in Shipping?
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, routing errors, or other circumstances outside the seller’s control.
EggBay does not hold sellers automatically responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.
Many shipments sent through USPS Priority Mail include limited carrier insurance coverage, and buyers may choose to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delayed, lost, or damaged packages when applicable.
Some sellers may choose to offer replacements, refunds, or other resolutions at their own discretion, but these situations are handled according to the individual seller’s policies.
Can I Offer Or Request Local Pickup?
Some sellers may offer local pickup depending on their location and listing settings.
Can I Combine Orders From Multiple Sellers?
Generally, no. Since EggBay is a multi-vendor marketplace, orders from different sellers are shipped separately unless otherwise arranged.
Who Is Responsible For Shipping?
Each independent seller is responsible for packaging and shipping their own items safely and within their stated handling times.
Do Sellers Provide Tracking Information?
Yes, sellers are expected to provide tracking information for shipped orders however, this doesn't apply to local pickup orders.
How Does Shipping Work?
EggBay does not ship items.
Each seller sets:
Their own shipping prices
Their own carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Their own handling times
Whether they offer local pickup
Shipping details vary by seller and are listed on each product page.
Does EggBay Ship Internationally?
No.
EggBay is U.S. only due to agricultural regulations, live animal restrictions, and postal limitations.
Buyers and sellers must both be located within the United States.
